Smart Balance products are generally delivered within 1-3 working days, depending on the time the order is placed and the destination location. During promotional periods and thematic promotions (Halloween, Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), product delivery may take up to 15 working days, depending on the availability of our express courier partners, where the delivery volume is substantially higher than during regular periods. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we strive to deliver purchased products as quickly as possible, doing everything we can to ensure your ordered products reach you in the shortest possible time.

Products marked with "Pre-Order" are in transit and are expected to arrive at one of our local warehouses, with delivery occurring within an extended calendar interval. Based on the estimate received from the carrier and customs authorities, each product marked with "Pre-Order" includes a visible message regarding the estimated delivery period to the buyer. This interval is an estimate and may change due to transit situations (delays or events at customs, heavy traffic on the transit route, traffic incidents, etc.), which are beyond Smart Balance's control.

Europe has over 400 million residents who shop online. Both we and you are among them. Like you, we also click the "Place Order" button and then eagerly await the ordered products. Whether we need them or we want them very much, we understand that impatience is an important part of the online ordering equation.

Like you, we want the ordered products to reach you quickly. Ideally, we wish to teleport them to your address because, in turn, we want the products we order online to be teleported quickly to our address, preferably the moment we place/pay for the order. Unfortunately, as we are all aware, the teleportation delivery method is still a work in progress.

You should know that over 90% of online orders placed with Smart Balance reach their destination within 1-3 working days. We work with all couriers who offer express delivery and automatically analyze each courier's door-to-door delivery time (from the moment we hand over the package until the moment it is handed over to the client). This helps us decide which courier will ship your order to ensure it arrives at you as quickly as possible.

 

Additional Information:

There are locations where any courier delivers only once every few days. For those addresses, the delivery time will be longer due to geographical and logistical reasons. We wish we could influence this aspect, but unfortunately, this is not possible.

There are times and areas where adverse weather conditions, difficult road conditions, etc., may cause the courier to decide to postpone deliveries during these exceptional situations. Unfortunately, in these cases, all we can do is eagerly await the delivery of the products. The couriers we work with are responsible, and their primary interest is to deliver quickly, so rest assured that as soon as these conditions improve, the packages will swiftly head your way.

During busy periods (public holidays, vacation periods, Black Friday, etc.), the volume of orders is considerably higher, and every courier does their best to deliver as much as possible as quickly as possible so that everyone receives their ordered products in a timely manner. Even in these cases, the average delivery time is longer than during regular periods.
